Fine Arts major Gabriela Bedoyexamines a stoneware sculpture titled "Modular Tower"

Vincennes University Fine Arts major Gabriela Bedoy, from Bridgeport, Ill., examines a stoneware sculpture titled "Modular Tower" at Tuesday’s opening reception of the VU Transfer Art Department Faculty Exhibition at Shircliff Gallery of Art. The sculpture is the creation of VU ceramics instructor Barry Barnes who is a 1987 VU graduate. The exhibition features the work of ten faculty artists and will continue through Jan. 16. Gallery hours are 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday thru Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Fridays, and 12 noon to 3 p.m. Sundays.
