Since 1969 Vincennes University has produced 120 National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) All-Americans in track, cross country and marathon. The All-American total is athletes regularly competing against top two-year and four-year competition.

The track and field program has developed 4 national individual champions and 85 NJCAA All-Americans. The men's and women's team has won 8 Regional Championships and the 1994 men's team placed 4th at the Indoor National Championship. The Blazers finished 26th at the 2003 national championship, with three national qualifiers and one All-American.
