Nursing is a challenging and rewarding profession with many diverse career opportunities.  It is one of the most in-demand jobs in the United States.  The job market for nurses is expected to remain high well into the future.

Vincennes University offers a Certificate of Graduation  in Practical Nursing in which graduates may become a Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N.) and a two year Associate in Science Degree in which graduates may become a Registered Nurse (R.N.)  We also offer a L.P.N. to R.N. Completion option. 

All VU nursing programs are accredited by the Indiana State Board of Nursing and the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC).  Faculty are experienced in practice and teaching.  Personal attention and small class sizes provide an excellent learning environment for students.

After graduation, students may choose to directly enter the workforce or continue their education.
