Not all VU students have Blackboard accounts- only those taking distance courses or who have instructors that choose to use Blackboard as an enhancement for their on campus classes will have  access.  Please ask your instructor if he/she uses Blackboard before contacting the CTL for help.

Error Messages?
6. I keep getting a weird error message when I try to log in. It says something about an "Empty Result Set." 
7. I cannot get logged into Blackboard. When I try I get an error message that states I don't have the right credentials. 
8. It seems like I have to log onto Blackboard two times. The first time I get an error message and the second time it seems to work.  

  Drop Box ?
9. I sent a file to my instructor via the Drop Box or Assignment tool. However, my instructor cannot find the file and I won't get credit for the assignment.

Discussion Board Problems?
10. Text box is missing in discussion board

Quiz/ Test Problems?
11. I do not have a textbox in my essay quiz / test that I can place my answer.
12. I'm trying to take a quiz but when I access it I get a message that the quiz is already in progress.
