To take online courses at VU, you will need the following form. You can then either save it to your computer's hard drive, or print from your browser.
Step One
Download the registration form. Use the Excel format if you will be submitting the form as an email attachment.
Step Two
After you and your advisor have selected the appropriate courses, send your completed registration to the Distance Ed office.
