List for Students Moving into Campus Housing
Vincennes University has six residence halls. Each has comfortable study rooms, recreation
areas, laundry rooms, kitchen facilities & vending machines. All rooms are individually
climate-controlled (A/C and heat).
All have single beds or bunks (with extra-long twin mattresses), desks, chairs, study lamps,
closet and drawer space, wastebaskets, draperies/blinds, extended basic cable television, high
speed internet connections, and voice mail. A limited number of private rooms are also
available.
Unmarried students under the age of twenty-one are required to live in University residence
halls when space is available. Exceptions include military veterans and students who live
off-campus with a parent or legal guardian.
Housing Contract
You will receive a housing contract shortly after you are accepted for admission.
The contract requires a $150 damage deposit and acknowledges that you accept and abide by the terms
and conditions of residence, as well as all policies, procedures, and regulations established by
the University. If you decide not to attend Vincennes University before August 1, the contract will
be voided and you will receive a full refund for your deposit.
