Students receive a full refund of tuition if they withdraw from the class prior to or at the third hour of instruction. After the third hour of instruction, Vincennes University Military Education Program will refund the unused portion of tuition fees if students withdraw from class before completion of 27 or less contact hours. The tuition refund will be calculated on a pro rata basis. If the refund exceeds the student's personal share of the tuition payment, it will be either refunded to the military or the military will be billed only for the amount not covered by refund. Refunds can only be paid if the student has given written notice to the Program Coordinator of the site. Refunds will be paid to the student within 30 days of withdrawal.
