According to the Vincennes University Vehicle Usage Procedure policy found in your manuals,

Many employees and students have moved on, so Campus Police and the Physical Plant are updating the list of drivers of VU vehicles. Effective as of July 1, 2008, any University personnel (administrative, faculty, staff, students) that drives a VU vehicle must provide an updated valid drivers form to the Campus Police.  There have been several employees that have filled out the form and already turned it in to Campus Police to process. Thank you.  

This is a necessary step to insure the validity of your license for insurance purposes for the University and drivers.  Filling out the form now will expedite the process  before requesting a vehicle from the Physical Plant.  This is only if you will be driving a VU vehicle.

Below is the valid drivers form.  If you have already completed the form in this time period, then you do not need to do it again.  If you print the attached form, fill it out and you can fax it to our office at 812-888-5144.
