The student and the academic advisor initiate schedule changes or "drop and add." The student,
once he or she has obtained the required signatures, must bring the completed schedule form to the
Registrar/Student Records Office for processing. The refund of tuition, if applicable, for a
course dropped from the schedule is based upon the date the form reaches the Registrar/Student
Records Office. Drop and add dates for each term are listed on the
academic calendar
