Trailblazer Scholarship Fund - The VU Foundation awarded a record $1.4 million scholarship dollars of VU Foundation and University funds for the 2015-2016 school year to incoming and returning VU students.  

These included awards to students from 10 states across the country and 4 international awards.  

Currently the VU Foundation manages over 540 scholarship and department funds, with 259 new funds created in just the last 10 years.

VU sophomore Murphy Fifth in Little State Race

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Vincennes University sophomore Robert Murphy was fifth in the men’s race of the Little State section at the 2014 Indiana Intercollegiate Championships Friday at Purdue University.

Murphy turned in a time of 26:25.3 on the 8000m course.  Wabash senior Jared Burris won the race in 26:01.6.

VU sophomore TaPring Goatee was 44th in the women’s three-mile Little State section. Goatee finished in 19:38.3. Taylor freshman Alex Berends claimed the women’s individual title in 17:25.4.
