Trailblazer Scholarship Fund - The VU Foundation awarded a record $1.4 million scholarship dollars of VU Foundation and University funds for the 2015-2016 school year to incoming and returning VU students.  

These included awards to students from 10 states across the country and 4 international awards.  

Currently the VU Foundation manages over 540 scholarship and department funds, with 259 new funds created in just the last 10 years.

VU Trailblazers continue to hold grip on NJCAA poll's top spot

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The Vincennes University Men's Basketball Team survived its stiffest test of the season last Saturday at Shawnee, posting an 85-76 win, and the performance allowed the Trailblazers to retain their No. 1 national ranking for the third consecutive week when today's Week 3 Regular-Season Rankings came out.
VU (12-0) received 14 first place votes in today's poll. Runner-up Northwest Florida State (14-0) garnered two first place votes and moved up to No. 2 from third place last week. Last week's second-ranked College of Southern Idaho (14-0) dropped to third this week. Salt Lake (14-0) and Butler (12-0) round out the Top 5, respectively.
This week's second five ranked teams were Indian Hills, Hill, Hutchinson, Southwest Tennessee and Coffeyville.
