I am Jennifer Elaine Thompson–Blaize. I was born in Vincennes, Indiana, into a family of educators; both my parents and several aunts and uncles are educators as well. I graduated from South Knox High School in 1992 and graduated from Vincennes University in 1994. I transferred to the University of Southern Indiana where I completed my Bachelors and Masters degrees. I have taught as an adjunct for years and then became a full time Assistant Professor.
When I'm Not Teaching
I live in a country home along with my two children, that my great-grandparents built in 1932. My children and I love pets and currently have five dogs, a cat and fifteen chickens that will soon be laying eggs.
I love teaching and interacting with my students in various ways in and out of the classroom and strive to present a positive impression of Vincennes University.
