Vincennes University Jasper is offering full-tuition scholarships to Dubois County high school students. The VU Jasper Foundation created the Dubois County Scholastic Excellence Award (DCSEA) to help qualified students get started at VU Jasper with zero out-of-pocket expenses and without the need for loans. VU Jasper freshman Rhetta Sternberg of Huntingburg, Indiana was one of 13 recipients awarded the DCSEA in August. The VU Jasper Foundation is currently accepting applications for their 2020-21 scholarships. ###
