Welcome to Project ASPIREE

Project ASPIREE participants and staff pose before boarding the Belle of Louisville steamboat for a cruise on the Ohio River during the 2018 summer high school trip to the Louisville area to tour the University of Louisville and Indiana University Southeast of New Albany. Also, participants went to the Louisville Slugger Museum.

What is Project ASPIREE

Project ASPIREE is a Federal TRIO/Talent Search program --- Achieving Success through Participation In Reaching Educational Excellence
Project ASPIREE identifies and assists individuals from income eligible backgrounds and/or potential first generation students (neither parent has a four-year college degree) who have the potential to succeed in higher education.
Through academic, personal, career, and financial counseling, Project ASPIREE encourages participants to graduate from high school and to complete the post-secondary program of their choice. Project ASPIREE serves students in grades 6-12 at nine area schools plus works with students at the Southwest Indiana Regional Youth Village in Vincennes.
All services of the program are free to project participants.
Services include:
• Career Exploration
• Academic Advising
• Financial Counseling and Literacy
• College Visits

• Mentoring and more . . .
The latest outcomes for the program reveal 99% of Project ASPIREE participants graduate from high school and 83% enroll in post-secondary education
