Lou Caprino
Professor Lou Caprino is the chair of the Homeland Security & Public Safety department. He brings 29 years of service in the Federal Bureau of Investigation to Vincennes University. Professor Caprino was formally assigned in Los Angeles, Calif. where he was in charge the largest white collar crime and cybercrime divisions in the FBI.
Professor Caprino holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Oneonta and a Masters of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Prior to joining the FBI, Caprino taught Secondary Education Spanish at the Three Village School District on Long Island New York and was a member of the Suffolk Count Auxiliary Police.
