Biomedical Engineering applies engineering principles to the understanding and solution of medical problems.  Biomedical Engineers are involved in research and development in all areas of medicine, instruments, devices, and software.

Biomedical Engineers work in areas such as artificial organs, automated patient monitoring, blooding chemistry sensors, medical imaging systems and so much more.
