Student Resources and Services at VUJ
- Academic Center for Excellence (ACE)
ACE is home to a variety of free resources for all VU Jasper students that will help you along your educational journey. ACE provides access to library materials, free tutoring, and support from our student success coordinators.
The Bookstore is located in the lower level of the Administration Office Building. All supplies and textbooks required for VUJ courses may be purchased in our bookstore. We carry traditional, rental, and digital textbook options. Students may also purchase VUJ apparel, cups, backpacks, and light snacks & drinks.
- Counseling Services
VU Jasper offers free comprehensive behavioral and emotional counseling to VUJ Students with our Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Bob Vogler. To schedule an appointment, call 812-482-3030.
- Library Services
The VUJ Library is located within ACE in the Habig Building. Library resources include:
- Access to a wide selection of printed and electronic information sources
- Off-campus access to the library’s electronic resources
- An open computer lab for student use with free printing
- Wireless internet access
- Quiet study areas & group study room
- Make-up testing
- Office of Diverse Abilities and Accommodations
VU Jasper offers resources to all students with disabilities. The resources offered through the office of Diverse Abilities and Accommodations help students overcome or compensate for obstacles related to a physical, emotional, learning or other disability. In the college setting, it is the student's responsibility to initiate and follow through with the accommodation process. - Registrar’s Office
The Registrar Office is committed to student success by maintaining accuracy of all academic records including student schedules, transcripts, and grades. Services offered to students by this team include course drop and add processing, petition to graduate requests, transcript requests, and verification of enrollment.
- Student Success Center
Student success coordinators are available to assist students in determining academic, personal and professional goals. This includes helping to identify a major, advising and course placement help, and DegreeWorks, MyVU and Blackboard assistance.
- The Center for Career and Employer Relations
The Center for Career and Employer Relations strives to prepare and connect current students with employers. The office is located on the Vincennes campus, but VU Jasper students have access to all of their services, including resume review and practice interviews.

- Transcript Request
Would you like a copy of your Vincennes University transcript? This site provides detailed steps on how to request official and access unofficial requests for transcripts. Financial obligations with the University must be met before a transcript will be produced for you. Please contact the Bursars office at firstname.lastname@example.org for resolving these issues.
Free tutoring is available to VU Jasper students through our Academic Center for Excellence (ACE) in a variety of subjects. Appointments can be made through the Tutor Scheduling link in your MyVU account. Common uses of ACE tutoring include proofreading papers and math and science help.
