Customize your field of expertise by choosing from a concentration in transportation, manufacturing, electronics, or land resources. This major will give you the skill set to be a leader of people in a company.
Classes with a transportation emphasis include diesel technology, John Deere equipment, collision repair and refinishing, and automotive technology.
Classes in manufacturing include CNC machining and programming, computer integrated manufacturing, precision machining, and product design and production processes (tool and die), and welding.
Classes in electronics include biomedical technician, computer networking security and wireless specialist, computer networking specialist, computer repair technician, and electronics technician.
Classes in land resources include architectural studies/CAD, construction technology, and surveying.
With this degree, you will learn all aspects of your chosen technical department rather than a specialist in one.
