Christian Blome is Assistant Vice President and Dean of the Vincennes University Jasper
Campus. Blomen’s tenure in higher education has included Enrollment Management, Marketing,
Community Engagement, Fundraising, and Campus Administration. He has created unique
partnerships between education, industry and community to providing students access
to rewarding careers. He brings keen insights to how employers are recruiting, retaining,
and upskilling their workforce.
Blome is also an expert in change management who has facilitated many structural reorganizations,
rebranding initiatives and product development leading to reduced expenses, maximized
efficiency and unit growth. Blome has a bachelor’s degree in teacher education from
the University of Southern Indiana and a master’s degree in Public Service Administration
from the University of Evansville.
