Every day is a new opportunity to learn something from my students. I am fortunate to have a job that doesn’t seem like work. I have a long association with Vincennes University, first as a student and then as a faculty member. I enjoy teaching students to write and improve their reading and thinking skills. Academic advising is one of my favorite parts of my job.

When I’m not in class, I am spending time with my family, walking our dog, watching VU student athletes, and traveling.
