PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Prior to his retirement from Vectren (now Centerpoint Energy), Rick served in a wide range of leadership roles within the company.  Upon his retirement, Rick served as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, a role in which he served for 4 years.  His career at Vectren began in 1994, and during that time he served as Chief Information Officer, Senior Vice President of Energy Delivery, and Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales.

Prior to his tenure at Vectren, Rick served as Client Executive/Sales with the IBM Corporation.

EDUCATION:  
B.S. Degree from Indiana University / Undergraduate at the Kelley School of Business
