Associate Professor, and Department Chair
I am a lifelong Special Educator. I have been fortunate to work with students with Exceptionalities from the preschool age to college level. I started my Education career in my hometown of Vincennes. I have taught in Evansville, and Indianapolis as well. I love using my own teaching experiences to enhance the learning of my students in Education. It is an honor to teach our future teachers!
When I'm Not Teaching
When I am not teaching at VU, I spend time with my high school sweetheart of 30 years and our six children. I enjoy early morning hikes with my dog, cooking, traveling, sewing and reading. We live in the country with three dogs and enjoy entertaining at our home with our very large extended families and friends
