Vincennes University welcomed nearly 350 bright young minds to the Vincennes Campus for its annual Xmester and Techmester residential pre-college programs June 13-16, 2023. Opportunities to engage in hands-on experiences and out-of-the-box thinking surrounded the high school students, and they even earned college credit. Image 1 - Students in the Xmester Entrepreneurship Unlocked class on a stairwell in the Wathen Business Building on the Vincennes Campus. Image 2 - In the Center for Applied Robotics and Automation on the Vincennes Campus, students in the Techmester Advanced Manufacturing Automation Technology-Robot Construction and Programming class operating Jimu Competitive Series Champ Bot robots they built and programmed. Image 3 - Students in the Techmester Law Enforcement Technology Death Investigation class dissecting fetal pigs in the Homeland Security and Public Safety Building on the Vincennes Campus.
