Vincennes University alumnus and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Special Agent James Soper gave a presentation on what civilians should do to survive during an active shooter situation on Sept. 27 at the Red Skelton Performing Arts Center. After sharing the life-saving information, Soper was honored as a distinguished alumni by the Vincennes University Alumni Association and presented with an award.
