Former Huntingburg mayor Denny Spinner, former Lebanon mayor Harold "Huck" Lewis, Monticello mayor Cathy Gross, Plymouth mayor Mark Senter, and former Jasper mayor Terry Seitz (L-R) were all Vincennes University students on the Vincennes Campus in 1976. Spinner, Senter, Lewis, Seitz, and Gross recently attended the 2023 Accelerate Indiana Municipalities Ideas Summit in French Lick where they posed for a photograph together. # # #
