Vincennes University's Distance Education program is fully covered by the university's institutional accreditation, which is granted by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC), a major regional accrediting body. This HLC accreditation is the highest standard and ensures that the quality of all academic offerings, including online courses, meets rigorous standards for credit transferability and eligibility for federal financial aid. Vincennes University is a member of the NC-SARA (National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements), which confirms the program's authorization to legally provide distance education to students residing in most other U.S. states.
