VINCENNES, Ind. - Vincennes University congratulates Scott Brand, the VU Board of Trustees Second Vice Chair, on being named Chairman of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce Board, highlighting his leadership in the state and the global business community.

As President and Chief Operating Officer of Subaru of Indiana Automotive, Inc. (SIA), Brand made history as the first non-Japanese executive to lead the facility.
