As a current student in the agribusiness program at Vincennes University, I have had an extremely valuable experience. The program has connected me with many agricultural professionals in the local area, as well as state and county legislators, giving me real-world exposure beyond the classroom. It also helps connect students with employers in the industry, providing strong opportunities for internships and jobs after graduation. Jennifer and Melanie tailor the classes and course materials to each student’s needs, which helps everyone benefit and retain the information more effectively. The curriculum is packed with useful information and research that can be applied directly to the agricultural industry. This program has helped me grow both professionally and academically and has prepared me well for a future career in agriculture.
