Academic or Technical Honors Diploma Scholarship

Eligibility requirements

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA required and must be maintained at all times during scholarship period, four semesters toward an Associate Degree and four additional semesters if in a Baccalaureate Degree.

  • Minimum 12 credit hours per semester

  • Must be a first-time student, high school graduate within the prior 18 months

  • Can be enrolled in any major, only one academic scholarship is allowed per student

  • Must be recipient of the Indiana Academic Honors or Technical Honors diploma (or out of state equivalent) from high school

How to Apply

  • Complete the VU Admissions Application by January 15th each year for Priority Deadline. After this date, scholarships will be awarded on a rolling basis.
  • Apply for or update your FAFSA
  • Recipients will be notified via email
