Patrick E. Fredrick Scholarship

Eligibility requirements

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA

  • Minimum 6 credit hours per semester

  • Can be in any year of study

  • Can be enrolled in any major

  • Primary consideration to residents of Knox County with secondary consideration for students from Daviess County, Indiana and Lawrence County, Illinois.

  • Requires a personal resume detailing high school activities, community involvement, and/or work experience.

  • Preference will be given to applicants who are actively involved in their school, work, or community.

How to Apply

  • Complete the VU Admissions Application by January 15th each year for Priority Deadline. After this date, scholarships will be awarded on a rolling basis.
  • Apply for or update your FAFSA
  • Recipients will be notified via email
