Peggy Archer Memorial Surveying Scholarship

Eligibility requirements

  • Minimum GPA of 2.5 after the midterm of 2nd semester. Foundation criteria of 2.0 minimum GPA at all times.

  • Minimum 6 credit hours per semester

  • Can be in any year of study

  • Must be enrolled as a surveying technology major

  • Must be a student who is a U.S. Citizen

  • Candidates for scholarship submit their credentials to VU Surveying Program Chair. 

  • Interview conducted of all applicants and selection by the Indiana Society of Professional Land Surveyors State Committee.

How to Apply

  • Complete the VU Admissions Application by January 15th each year for Priority Deadline. After this date, scholarships will be awarded on a rolling basis.
  • Apply for or update your FAFSA
  • Recipients will be notified via email
