Presidential Scholarship

Eligibility requirements

  • Minimum 3.3 GPA and maintained during scholarship term

  • Minimum 12 credit hours per semester

  • Must be a first-time student high school graduate within the prior 18 months

  • Can be enrolled in any major

  • Additional SAT/ACT and GPA requirements

How Award Can be Used

  • Four semesters for Associates Degree, plus four more for Baccalaureate degree program.

How to Apply

  • Complete the VU Admissions Application by January 15th each year for Priority Deadline. After this date, scholarships will be awarded on a rolling basis.
  • Apply for or update your FAFSA
  • Recipients will be notified via email
