How to report a maintenance request or issue:

Report to Main Office in applicable building

Report to Main Office in applicable building

Report to the front desk of applicable residence hall or residence hall coordinator

In case of emergency please call 911.
For all other urgent issues please contact the Physical Plant at 812-888-4227.

vehicle reservations

Employees may request to reserve VU vehicles for University related events.

Once you have registered, you can access Fleet Commander by logging into your MyVU Account and you will find the link under University Systems.

If a faculty/staff member is needing to reserve a room or tables and chairs, please visit the IT HelpDesk/Service Desk link on MyVU website.

To request key or card access to a building and/or office(s) please select the link below and fill out the Key Request Form completely.

Fill out the attached VU Key Request Form completely, this includes all appropriate signatures

Forms may be delivered in person to the Physical Plant, emailed to pplant@vinu.edu.

Visitors should call the Campus Police at 812-888-5555 to request reserved buildings or rooms to be unlocked. Keys or Access cards are not be issued to Campus Visitors.
