How do I register for a class?

Registration can be completed online by selecting your desired course from our catalog, clicking the registration link, and completing the payment form. You can also register by phone or in person at our continuing education office.

Can I get a refund if I need to drop a course?

Refund policies depend on the type of course. For short-term personal development classes, drops must usually occur a specific number of days before the start date. For advanced online programs, specific institutional refund timelines apply once the course is accessed.

Are there financial aid options available for non-credit programs?

Traditional federal financial aid (FAFSA) does not apply to non-credit courses. However, alternative funding opportunities, workforce development grants (such as Next Level Jobs), or employer tuition reimbursement may be applicable to select career programs.

Do I receive a certificate when I finish?

Yes, students who successfully complete and pass their continuing education career training programs will receive a formal certificate of completion issued by Vincennes University.
