Hotel management also offers employment opportunities in small limited service lodging facilities, mid-scale family friendly hotels, luxury class hotels, full-service resorts, or business or commercial hotel properties.

A degree from VU in hotel management will prepare you to be a manager trainee, an assistant manager, or other supervisory positions. Courses you would take include front office management, hospitality customer services, hotel conventions and marketing, and housekeeping management.
