About This Degree
This certificate exposes students to sales methods, concepts, techniques, and ethics that address the challenges facing persons involved in sales of products and/or services. Traditional sales topics will be augmented with contemporary concepts in developing people skills, time management, and a business protocol. The program will provide a credential for those individuals who are unable to complete an associate degree, but who need verification of training taken in the field of Sales. The courses will count toward an A.S. Career/Tech in the Business Studies (5900) program.
